Job summary

Qualifications

• DoD 8570 baseline certification required (IAT II or III).
• Minimum six years in Information Processing with hardware/software experience.
• Three years in Information Processing with hands-on installation and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical IT support and incident management.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT assets.
• Develop user guides and training to reduce support volume.
• Support enterprise applications including DLA eProcurement.
• Ensure cybersecurity policies are followed.
