CarverBeth, LLC in the Fort Meade area is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of IT and telecommunications projects across domestic sites. You will work closely with Project Managers, technical teams, customers, government stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure activities align with contracts and milestones.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Project and MS Excel to develop schedules, trackers, and reports.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, SharePoint, Visio) and Smartsheet or similar tools.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate project activities across multiple sites, acting as the central point for managers, customers, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with MS Project, including milestones and dependencies.
• Track site readiness, access, and country/theater clearance requirements for CONUS/OCONUS activities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports, dashboards, and schedule updates for leadership.
