Job summary

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is seeking a Program Manager to support onsite in the Arlington, VA area. The role involves directing contract execution, monitoring performance, and coordinating with government stakeholders to advance federal missions.

Responsibilities include risk management, governance oversight, and delivering status reports to senior leadership. A Secret clearance and PMP certification are required, with opportunities for onsite/ hybrid/ remote schedules based on contract

Qualifications

Active Secret Clearance required.
10+ years of experience managing complex IT or enterprise contracts.
Experience leading cross-functional teams on enterprise IT portfolios.
Experience with governance, integration, change management and portfolio oversight.
PMI PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

Direct contract execution and ensure compliance with terms and performance standards.
Monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance across task orders.
Maintain accountability for SLAs and defined performance metrics.
Serve as the primary interface with the Contracting Officer and Navy personnel.
Prepare and deliver program reports and documentation for government decisions.
Lead cross-functional teams and support enterprise IT governance and risk management.
