Job summary

Knz-Solutions-Inc in Bethesda, MD is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to support IT initiatives across federal government, commercial, and SLED clients. You will manage day-to-day project mechanics, schedules, meetings, documentation, and status reporting to keep projects moving.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, with strong written and verbal communication, experience coordinating across engineering teams, customers, and vendors, and comfort working in secure, regulated

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting IT projects, project management, technical operations, or related initiatives.
• Experience working with technical teams and customer stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and action items simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of federal, commercial, and SLED IT projects.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, action items, dependencies, and deliverable tracking.
• Coordinate meetings, technical sessions, project reviews, and customer discussions.
• Prepare meeting agendas, capture meeting minutes, and track follow-up actions through completion.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, risk and issue logs, and project repositories.
• Assist with tracking project scope, schedules, deliverables, and customer commitments.
• Coordinate activities across engineering teams, customer stakeholders, subcontractors, OEM partners, and third-party vendors.
• Support resource scheduling and coordination of onsite and remote technical activities.
• Track project risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies and elevate items to the Project Manager as appropriate.
• Assist with preparation of customer-facing status reports, dashboards, presentations, and project communications.
• Support implementation, migration, testing, validation, and project closeout activities.
• Help ensure project documentation is complete, current, and maintained in accordance with customer and organizational requirements.
• Coordinate access requests, site visits, meeting logistics, and other administrative requirements associated with project delivery.
• Support multiple concurrent projects and workstreams across different customer environments.
