Job summary

ThinkTek LLC is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to support government program execution by developing, maintaining, and analyzing the Government IMS. The successful candidate will provide schedule management, reporting, and coordination to ensure activities and milestones align with plans.

The role requires active Secret clearance and 2+ years in IMS development within government or program management environments, with proficiency in MS Project/Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance.
• 2+ years experience building and maintaining IMS in gov/PM environments.
• 1+ years experience with MS Project/Primavera P6; OnePager Pro a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update the Government Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Monitor schedule status, variances, critical paths, milestones, and forecasts.
• Brief IMS status and schedule performance to Government stakeholders.
• Facilitate schedule planning and update meetings to incorporate new scope and program activities.
• Provide weekly schedule updates and recurring IMS reports (30/60/90-day outlooks, variance reports).
• Develop scheduling graphics using tools such as OnePager Pro.
• Develop ad-hoc schedules to support projects and requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect updates and identify risks.
