Job summary

ThinkTek LLC is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler (Secret Cleared) to support government programs by developing and maintaining the Government IMS. The role focuses on schedule governance, status reporting, and coordinating with government stakeholders to ensure milestones align with baselines and contract requirements.

Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6 is required, and the ability to translate schedule data into clear visuals using OnePager Pro is a plus.

Qualifications

Active Secret Clearance required.
2+ years of experience developing and maintaining integrated master schedules in government or PM environments.
Strong knowledge of scheduling principles, dependencies, milestones, critical paths and variance analysis.
1+ years experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools; OnePager Pro is a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update the Government IMS in support of program execution.
Monitor schedule status, variances, critical paths, milestones, and forecasts.
Brief IMS status to Government stakeholders as required.
Facilitate schedule planning and update meetings for new scope and activities.
Provide weekly schedule updates and IMS reports (30/60/90-day outlooks, variance, past-due tasks, milestone summaries).
Develop scheduling graphics and visuals using OnePager Pro.
Develop ad-hoc schedules and schedule products for projects.
Coordinate with stakeholders to collect updates, identify risks, and maintain accuracy.
