Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler in Warrenton, VA to design and manage comprehensive Microsoft Project schedules across multiple departments and project phases. The role requires TS/SCI clearance, 8+ years in scheduling/PM, and familiarity with IMS, CPM, and EVM.

You will lead IMS meetings, coordinate schedules, and present monthly briefings to government leadership, ensuring milestones are met and risks are communicated effectively.

Qualifications

• Must have active Top-Secret clearance with SCI or the ability to acquire Top Secret/SCI
• 8 years of experience in project scheduling or project management, especially in a complex or multi-disciplinary environment
• Proven experience in using project scheduling software like Microsoft Project
• Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid
• Familiarity with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Critical Path Method (CPM), Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Ability to define milestones, deliverables, and manage project dependencies

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive Microsoft Project schedule that incorporates resource allocations and timelines
• Coordinate the development of project schedules with resource allocation, tracking, and performance analysis
• Collaborate with workflow management, project managers, engineering teams, fielding and deployment units, and other relevant areas to create and refine project schedules
• Lead IMS meetings with project managers and drive action plans to maintain schedule adherence
• Prepare and deliver monthly briefings on the IMS to government leadership, highlighting milestones and risks
