Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team partners with CFOs, controllers, and finance teams to define and execute transform agendas across strategy, operations, process design, and technology. You will work with leading teams and solutions to navigate regulation, market shifts, and technology change to unlock value for clients.

A successful candidate will bring deep experience in controllership, close and consolidation, record-to-report, and FP&A, with proven ability to lead multi‑workstream

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Ability to travel 0–25% based on client needs.
• 8+ years of experience in finance transformation, accounting advisory, controllership, or enterprise finance operations.
• 4+ years of experience leading project teams, workstreams, or client deliverables.
• 4+ years of experience developing recommendations for finance process improvement, operating model design, or transformation execution.
• 4+ years of experience presenting project status, issues, and recommendations to client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leading finance and accounting transformation engagements across controllership, close and consolidation, record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and FP&A support.
• Advising client stakeholders on operating model, process, and governance improvements.
• Managing engagement teams, workstreams, budgets, timelines, and deliverables across complex client deliverables.
• Identifying client issues, developing recommendations, and presenting approaches and plans to senior stakeholders.
• Supporting business development activities including opportunity identification and proposal development.
