Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Digital Controllership Consultant to help finance leaders modernize controllership and strengthen finance support for the business. You will work with CFOs and controllers to tackle accounting, data, process, and technology challenges, implementing digital finance solutions for efficiency and control.

In this role, you will gather requirements, map processes, and support solution design, testing, and deployment across SAP, Oracle, Workday, Workiva, and BlackLine, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting/controllership experience.
• 2+ years of ERP/finance platform implementation or optimization.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle/Workday/Workiva/BlackLine or similar tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel approx. 50%.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements focused on controllership and finance transformation.
• Gather requirements, map processes, and support design, testing, and deployment.
• Implement or optimize finance platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Workiva, BlackLine).
• Develop accounting data models, reporting structures, and analytics.
• Contribute to proposals and client delivery.
