Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Finance Transformation Strategic Change Manager to lead people and culture aspects of our internal Finance Transformation program, aimed at a human-led, AI-powered finance ecosystem.

You will design change strategies, engage senior stakeholders, and drive adoption across Finance and business teams, with a focus on ROI and minimizing adoption risk in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, or Communications.
7+ years of change management or communications experience in strategic transformations.
Experience designing and executing change strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.
Limited travel (~10–20%), with the ability to work remotely when not co-locating with team or client stakeholders.
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

Design and manage fit-for-purpose change management strategies for large-scale programs.
Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to drive data-driven strategies.
Build leadership alignment to drive executive buy-in and sponsor engagement across Finance and business leadership.
Develop and deliver communications and engagement activities to drive adoption of key changes.
Measure effectiveness with defined metrics and optimize adoption plans.
Report activity status to program leadership and escalate risks and issues.
