Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant in Strategy, Growth, and Transformation within Finance Transformation to help clients modernize core processes, improve transparency, and enable better decisions. You will work with finance leaders on record-to-report and controllership challenges using practical, technology-enabled solutions.

The role involves developing roadmaps across people, process, technology, and governance, and managing day-to-day client delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in accounting, finance transformation, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Risk Management, or Economics.
• CPA/CIA/CFA/CA/CCA/ CMA/CAIA/FRM or progress toward credentials.
• Experience with automation tools including Alteryx or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Travel up to 50% based on client work and industries served.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Assess current-state controllership processes, gaps, and target-state opportunities.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and solution hypotheses across people, process, technology, and governance.
• Apply accounting, regulatory, and compliance requirements to finance transformations.
• Design improvements across data, cost transparency, close/consolidation, and reporting.
• Manage day-to-day client delivery, assist with engagement planning, and contribute to proposals and recruiting.
