SimVentions, Inc in Quantico is seeking an entry-level Systems Engineer to support TTWCS, collaborating with engineers and government personnel. You will develop requirements, define interfaces, and update architectural diagrams using MBSE methods.

The role requires US citizenship, quick learning, clear verbal and written communication, and the ability to work on a diverse team. Occasional travel to NSWC Dahlgren is expected, with an active Secret clearance required.

Qualifications

• BS in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline.
• Experience with MBSE and applying its methods.
• Ability to develop requirements and document interfaces.
• Clear communication and ability to work with DoD programs or weapon systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine impacts on weapon system, requirements, and design during development.
• Review and create requirements at multiple levels for capability and functionality.
• Develop CCPs to engineer new system capabilities and document design details.
• Review and develop system architectures using modeling tools such as MagicDraw.
• Provide human factors engineering and analysis for UI requirements and specs.
• Adjudicate comments for external interface documents and manage CRs.
• Participate in IPT meetings, ERB/DRB/CRB/IWG and document results.
• Attend weekly team meetings and communicate summaries verbally and in writing.
