Job summary

SimVentions is seeking an entry-level Systems Engineer to support the TTWCS program. You will work with fellow engineers and government personnel to develop system designs, requirements, and MBSE artifacts.

Occasional travel to NSWC Dahlgren Division is expected, and an ACTIVE Secret Clearance is required. Ideal candidates will be able to contribute to IPTs, craft CCPs, and update architectural diagrams while communicating effectively in writing and verbally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field.
• Experience applying MBSE and modeling tools to system tasks.
• Ability to work on diverse teams and communicate clearly.
• Active Secret Clearance and US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Determine impacts on weapon system, requirements, and design during development.
• Review and create requirements at multiple levels (SSS, SSDD, SRS, HRS).
• Develop CCPs to engineer new system capabilities and document design details.
• Review, analyze, and develop system architectures using modeling tools (e.g., MagicDraw).
• Provide human factors engineering and interface requirements support.
• Engage in IPT meetings and various review boards with documentation of results.
• Attend weekly team meetings and provide clear verbal and written briefs.
