SimVentions, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Systems Engineer to support the Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System (TTWCS). The role emphasizes MBSE, developing system designs and requirements, and collaborating with team members and government personnel.

Ideal candidates will learn quickly, be detail oriented, and communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Travel weekly to NSWC Dahlgren Division is expected, and US citizenship with an active Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or technical discipline.
• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Strong MBSE understanding and ability to apply MBSE methods to engineering tasks.
• Experience with system requirements, interfaces, and architecture diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Determine impacts on weapon system requirements and design during development.
• Review and create requirements at multiple levels (SSS, SSDD, SRS, HRS).
• Develop Change Packages to engineer new system capabilities.
• Review and develop system architectures using modeling tools (e.g., MagicDraw).
• Provide human factors engineering for UI requirements and specifications.
