Job summary

Ideal candidates have two+ years of help desk experience, a Security+ cert, and eligibility for a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in providing help desk support.
• CompTIA Security+ certification required within 60 days.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk support to end users on a variety of issues.
• Perform daily administration of computers and computer software.
• Maintain cybersecurity requirements and apply patches.
• Create new user accounts and train users on proper use of USAF computer systems.
• Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.
