Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, is seeking a Program Planner to lead the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and ensure baseline integrity per DCMA and internal standards. You will collaborate with program stakeholders to drive timely and accurate IMS support and provide scheduling analysis for decision making.

The role emphasizes risk assessments, data alignment between SAP and IMS, and continuous improvement of scheduling processes in a fast-paced environment at East Hartford, CT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years prior relevant experience, OR advanced degree with 3+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in program scheduling/planning and government proposals.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret contract requirements to create an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with DCMA and internal quality checks.
• Lead IMS baselines and act as IMS lead in program reviews and meetings.
• Provide consulting support to work scope owners and analyze schedule baseline changes.
• Develop Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) and Critical Path Analysis for IPMT or customers.
• Collaborate with Earned Value Analysts and CAMs to align SAP and IMS reporting.
• Create and update scheduling procedures and communicate improvements to PP&S.
