Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an experienced Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional to join the Program Design & Planning organization in an onsite capacity in Massachusetts. You will develop, maintain, and analyze the Program Master Phasing Schedule and IMS, ensuring accurate plans and adherence to directives for government customers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of planning or scheduling experience, proficiency with MS Project/Primavera/Open Plan, and EVMS

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years’ program planning or scheduling experience.
Experience with MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar scheduling software.
Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and evaluating critical path/workflow.
Experience with EVMS or similar business process.

Responsibilities

Onsite support to develop and maintain the IMS in MS Project.
Detail plan and maintain the IMS to reflect changes and baselines.
Ensure IMS is compliant with government requirements throughout all program phases.
Ensure IMS is resource-loaded with budgets and demonstrates cost/schedule integration.
Communicate schedule status, CP analysis and what-if results to leadership and customers.
Support EAC and LRE processes as they relate to the Program IMS.
Assist with development and maintenance of the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software.
