Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, is seeking a Program Scheduler on-site in East Hartford, CT. This role focuses on managing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and coordinating with Earned Value Analysts and CAMs to ensure baseline integrity.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of scheduling or planning experience, proficiency in MS Office, and U.S. citizenship. On-site work is required for program execution and government compliance needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree.
• Experience as a program Scheduler or Planner in a government/defense environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• U.S. Citizenship required for access to systems/tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate schedules for IMS quality according to DCMA requirements.
• Maintain schedule health with proper critical path analyses.
• Provide scheduling support to technical work scope owners and develop sound baseline changes.
• Assess variance and mitigation plans to maintain IMS as a management tool.
• Collaborate with Earned Value Analysts and CAMs to align SAP, MRP and IMS reporting.
• Create and update scheduling standard work.
