Job summary

Pratt & Whitney’s PP&S team seeks a Production Program Planner to lead IMS development, baselines, and reviews, ensuring program schedules support execution and decision making. The role requires collaboration with CAMs, IPMT, and technical work scope owners to maintain integrated program data and analysis.

The ideal candidate has strong scheduling, EVM awareness, and proficiency with Primavera or MS Project, with a track record of influencing program decisions through robust scheduling practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years prior relevant experience, OR advanced degree with 3+ years
• US Citizenship due to government contracts
• Experience in scheduling or planning in programs or projects

Responsibilities

• Create Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with DCMA and internal quality checks
• Lead IMS baselines and program reviews
• Develop Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) and Critical Path Analysis
• Coordinate with Earned Value Analysts and CAMs to align SAP and IMS reporting
