Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, is seeking a Production Program Planner for onsite work in East Hartford, CT. You will manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), work with program office stakeholders, and ensure baseline integrity in line with government standards.

The role requires scheduling expertise, IPMDAR and DCMA compliance, and collaboration with CAMs and Earned Value Analysts to support timely program decisions. US citizenship is required; the position is on-site at East Hartford.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a program scheduler or planner
• Experience in Earned Value Management
• US Citizenship due to government contracts
• Proficient in MS Office programs

Responsibilities

• Interpret contract requirements to create IMS with DCMA checks
• Lead IMS baselines and act as IMS lead in reviews
• Assist technical scope owners in schedule baseline changes
• Analyze critical path and root-cause variances with CAMs
• Develop Schedule Risk Assessments and Critical Path Analysis
• Coordinate with Earned Value Analysts to align SAP and IMS reporting
• Create and update scheduling procedures
