Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical units in a classified production environment using detailed work instructions.
• Log tasks in the production tracking system and coordinate with engineering for rework tasks.
• Perform visual inspections, occasionally with a microscope or magnifier, for defects or nonconformance.
• Assemble wiring, connectors, brackets, and sub-assemblies with torque control and proper fastener use.
• Document all work in production systems and escalate issues to supervisors when discrepancies arise.
• Work at seated and standing stations, and perform future rework operations as proficiency grows.
