Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to work any shift, including overnight.
• One year of manufacturing or related experience.
• Experience reading schematics/drawings/work instructions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. DoD Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain ATF clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, lay up, and fabricate composite parts and assemblies.
• Perform electrical and mechanical in-process checks and rework.
• Prepare, fabricate, bond, and assemble various composite parts.
• Operate complex assembly machinery and equipment.
• May manufacture and assemble developmental prototype hardware when needed.
• Ensure visual acuity and role-specific requirements are met.
