Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Communications Focal Point Administrator to support NORAD IT/communications operations at the Cheyenne Mountain Complex. The role involves assisting in daily operations, coordinating tasks, and ensuring system availability for mission-critical functions.

The position requires an active Secret clearance, DoD IAT Level II certification, and prior customer-service experience within DoD environments. On-site at CMSFC, Colorado, with periodic travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• DoD IAT Level II or higher certification (Security+ce).
• 2 years of work history.
• 1 year of directly related experience.
• 2 years of experience in customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support CMSFS mission centers and users in daily operations, relocations, exercises, and events.
• Resolve classified and unclassified system problems via phone and email.
• Create, track, review, update and close actions in Remedy within timelines.
• Assign and follow up on maintenance actions across CMSFS work centers.
• Maintain and improve relations between Government leadership and the NISSC team.
• Serve as SME on CFP processes and mission systems status.
