Job summary

Peach State Freightliner - Forest Park seeks a Will-Call Clerk for second shift (3 PM - Midnight) to support retail center activity and processing of customer will-call orders and returns.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing receipts and credits, resolving complaints, and accurately pricing and billing goods. Requires 1–2 years in a customer-facing role and high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or warehouse order picking.
• Experience looking up parts by VIN is a giant plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the will call area.
• Process receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
• Assist customers by providing information and resolving complaints.
• Identify prices and tabulate bills using cash registers or calculators.
• Process merchandise returns and exchanges.
• Maintain clean checkout areas and perform general cleaning duties.
• Receive, verify, store incoming material orders; pick quantities for customer processing or staging.
• Cycle-count parts bins; stage material for pickup or shipment.
• Communicate effectively within and outside the work group.
• Other duties as assigned.
