Job summary

Peach State Truck Centers in Forest Park, GA, is seeking a Will-Call Clerk for the second shift (3 PM - Midnight) to support retail center activity, will-call orders, processing returns, and customer walk-ins.

The role requires 1–2 years in a customer-facing or warehouse setting, high attention to detail, and excellent communication. You will greet customers, issue receipts, assist with inquiries, and handle merchandise returns in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience being able to look up parts by VIN is a giant plus
• High attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills.

Education and Experience

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Years of Experience Required: 1 to 2 years

Experience required in: Customer facing role or warehouse order selecting.

Physical Requirement’s:

• The ability to lift to 50 pounds regularly. 3 to 6 hours per day
• The ability to lift to 80 pounds regularly, 3 to 6 hours per day.
• The ability to squat, bend or stoop on a regular basis. 3 to 6 hours per day
• Move about the warehouse order to retrieve parts 1 to 4 hours per day
