Job summary

DSV is seeking an Operations Supervisor for 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM) at our Winchester, VA facility. You will supervise warehouse staff, manage labor scheduling, and coordinate inbound/outbound activities to meet productivity goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Preferred: Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation.

Responsibilities

• Conduits staff meetings to review daily/weekly work activities and plan improvements.
• Inform senior management and client representatives of critical issues affecting operations.
• Develop systems for safe and profitable operations; meet productivity and service goals.
