Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM) in Canal Winchester, Ohio. You will supervise inbound/outbound operations, slotting, and daily customer communications to meet productivity and service goals.

You will lead labor planning, training, and performance reviews, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards while collaborating with management to optimize operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years’ experience in logistics/distribution environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior MHE certification or knowledge of basic MHE operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, product slotting and daily customer communications.
• Plan daily work, labor, space utilization and equipment to meet objectives.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; address performance issues and provide coaching.
