Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is seeking a Warehouse Lead to assist the Warehouse Manager in leading daily warehouse operations and coaching teammates. You will guide training, drive process improvements, and help ensure policy adherence while promoting safety and team performance.

You will report to the Warehouse Manager and help interview candidates, provide direction, and support multiple areas as needed to meet goals and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of all Warehouse Processes and Warehouse Systems.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Strong written and oral communication; proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs in a non-climate controlled environment.
• Willingness to adapt to different areas and shifts.
• Self-starting, proactive approach to value-add opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of warehouse teammates to ensure safe and successful completion of tasks.
• Ensure processes for damaged product check-in and other responsibilities are followed.
• Train and lead personnel; pursue continuous improvements.
• Communicate process and personnel improvements to management.
• Lead safety culture and ensure 100% compliance with safety policies.
• Assist in interviewing candidates and support performance-related decisions.
