Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a noisy, non-climate controlled environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse activities to ensure safe, successful operations.
• Ensure processes are followed for damaged product check-in and related areas.
• Train and guide warehouse personnel; evaluate and improve processes.
• Communicate improvements to management and staff; support safety culture.
• Assist in interviewing potential candidates and coordinate work direction.
