Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• PIT certification preferred (pallet jack, forklift, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse activities to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Train and lead personnel; provide on-the-job coaching.
• Implement process improvements and coordinate with management.
• Assist in interviewing candidates and performance reviews.
• Maintain safety compliance and policy adherence.
