Job summary

The Warehouse Lead at Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) in La Vergne, TN, will support the Warehouse Manager by providing leadership to the team, training staff, and hands-on assistance across warehouse operations.

This role reports to the Warehouse Manager, enforces safety policies, guides process improvements, participates in candidate interviews, and ensures daily activities align with company goals. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 pm to 4:30 am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience.
• PIT Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse activities to ensure safe and successful completion of tasks.
• Verify and ensure warehouse processes are followed (damaged product check-in, etc.).
• Train and lead Warehouse Personnel and evaluate processes for continuous improvement.
• Communicate with management and personnel on improvements, quality and OOS issues.
• Model and promote a strong safety culture with 100% compliance to policies.
