Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support the Warehouse Manager. You will lead daily activities, train teammates, and ensure safety and efficiency in warehouse operations.

This role requires supervising processes, coaching staff, and helping interview candidates. The position works 1st shift 6am-2:30pm, with holidays and some weekends per business needs. Salary ranges from $19.44 to $24.47 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of warehouse processes and systems.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a noisy, non-climate controlled setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of warehouse teammates to ensure safe, successful operations.
• Ensure processes are followed, including damaged product handling and check-in procedures.
• Train and coach staff; drive continuous improvement and safe practices.
• Communicate process and personnel improvements with management and staff.
• Model safety culture and support team performance with coaching and training.
• Assist in interviewing candidates and guide performance management as needed.
