Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

• PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities of warehouse teammates to ensure safe, successful completion of operations.
• Oversee training of warehouse personnel and ensure adherence to processes.
• Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for hourly teammates.
• Communicates with other departments on process improvements, quality, and stock issues.
• Models and enforces safety culture with 100% compliance.
