Job summary

Qualifications
- 1-2 years in shipping/receiving, inventory coordination, or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing/distribution preferred, automotive a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel; ERP knowledge a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily route manifest log.
- Ensure shipping/receiving windows are met and communicate issues to supervisor.
- Update Hot Parts Board when expedited parts arrive.
- Manage dock/yard trailer movements to support production.
- Maintain Trailer Tracking Sheet and related paperwork.
- Keep accurate records for trailer part inventory and BOS requirements.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain CTPAT readiness.
- Ensure safety procedures in production areas are followed.
- Maintain BOS requirements for shipping, receiving, and transport management.
