Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Normal, IL is seeking a Shipping Clerk for 2nd shift to manage routing, receiving, and shipping processes, ensuring on-time deliveries and accurate paperwork.

The role requires 1–2 years of shipping/receiving or inventory coordination experience, strong Excel skills, and ERP familiarity. Benefits include health, dental & vision, disability, life/AD&D, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years Shipping/Receiving Clerk, Inventory Coordination, or similar field.
• Experience in Manufacturing/Distribution - Automotive a big plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Applications including Excel.
• ERP knowledge is a plus - Trainable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Daily Route Manifest Log.
• Verify Receiving and Shipping Windows and communicate concerns to supervisor.
• Update Hot Parts Board when expedited parts arrive.
• Manage Dock and Yard Inventory trailer movements to support production and replenishment.
• Manage Trailer Tracking Sheet.
• Maintain accurate paperwork to support trailer part inventory.
• Maintain records of seat shipping system (BOS requirements).
• Coordinate logistics to and from outside warehouses.
• Input incoming receipts on a regular timely basis.
• Diligently maintain records of packing slips.
• Maintain records of returnable containers.
• Maintain system for tracking Truckload Utilization (TUMS).
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Maintain all CTPAT requirements (Trainable).
• Must have up-to-date forklift license.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures in assigned production areas.
• Maintain BOS requirements for shipping, receiving, and transportation management.

Shipping Clerk Responsibilities
