Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor for second shift (Monday – Friday) at an Ohio client site. The role supervises Security Officers and Leads, ensures post orders are followed, and maintains timely, accurate reporting.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related experience; 1 year of management experience is preferred. The position requires strong leadership, customer service, and the ability to adapt to diverse

Qualifications

2+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1 year of management experience preferred.
Must have security experience and be able to supervise at client sites.

Responsibilities

Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and others at one or more client posts.
Ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and seek guidance as needed.
Train Officers and review assignments with subordinates.
Assist in payroll and personnel data submission.
Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
Prepare and submit various management reports.
Inspect posts and outline tasks and responsibilities with subordinates.
Meet with client representatives to assure security requirements are met.
