• Walking/vehicle security patrols
• Reporting safety hazards
• Lock-ups/unlocks
• Incident reports
• Valet parking services
• Wheelchair escorts and welfare checks
• Support Resident Services Team Members at reception desk as needed
• Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls as needed
• Generate maintenance work orders in accordance with the Work Order Policy
