• Incident reports.
• Valet parking services.
• Wheelchair escorts and welfare checks.
• Support Resident Services Team Members at reception desk as needed.
• Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls as needed.
• Generate maintenance work orders in accordance with the Work Order Policy.
