Job summary

Encore Village of Schaumburg is currently hiring for a PRN Security position. The majority of the shifts will be evenings and overnight shifts with an on-call rotation.

This position provides various customer service duties with a focus on resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required with a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies as needed.
• Conduct walking and vehicle security patrols.
• Report safety hazards promptly.
• Handle lock-ups and unlocks of facilities.
• Prepare incident reports as required.
• Provide valet parking services as directed.
• Escort residents in wheelchairs and perform welfare checks.
• Support reception desk and Resident Services team as needed.
• Answer, screen, and direct calls.
• Create maintenance work orders per policy.

• incident reports
• valet parking services
• wheelchair escorts and welfare checks
• Support Resident Services Team Members at reception desk as needed.
• Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls as needed.
• Generate maintenance work orders in accordance with the Work Order Policy.

Requirements

Valid Drivers License required with a clean driving record.

Must be 21 years of age.
