ServiceNet seeks a compassionate Program Site Manager in Amherst, MA to provide oversight and support for residents with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. You’ll empower residents to reach daily goals, coordinate care, and ensure safety while fostering meaningful community connections.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people who have developmental delays or brain injuries.
• Valid driver’s license for at least six months with a good driving record.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with residents and their families; support community integration.
• Provide daily resident support including activities, transportation, and medication administration as needed.
• Stay organized with shift planning, documentation, and trainings; monitor staff schedules.

Skills
