Job summary

ServiceNet is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Program Site Manager in West Springfield. This full-time role offers a varied schedule, with a focus on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries to live with joy and purpose.

You will oversee daily activities, treatment planning, and staff coordination to ensure safe, person-centered care. You will empower residents to reach their potential, coordinate with the Program Director, supervise staff, and help set goals

Qualifications

• Experience working with people who have developmental delays or brain injuries.

Responsibilities

• Build Strong Relationships: get to know each resident and help them achieve their dreams while fostering family and community connections.
• Provide Daily Support: assist with routines, meals, cleaning, activities, administer medications as needed, drive residents in ServiceNet vehicles.
• Stay Organized: track resident information, monitor staff schedules, complete paperwork, attend meetings and trainings.
• Lead and Collaborate: supervise staff, work with Program Director to meet resident growth goals.

Skills

Experience with developmental delays &

Driver's license

Basic computer skills

MAP/PABC/First Aid training (plus)
