Job summary

ServiceNet is seeking a compassionate and dedicated leader to oversee a residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries in Palmer, MA. The role offers a Second Shift schedule and pay range of $19.57-$22.53 per hour with a MAP certification differential.

You will supervise staff, administer medications, provide transportation, and ensure safety while fostering growth and independence for residents. This is more than a job—it’s a meaningful opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
• A valid driver’s license (held for at least six months) with a clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling.
• Physical ability to assist residents as needed.
• Bonus: Training in MAP, PABC, or First Aid is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and Empower Residents – Assist with daily routines, recreational activities, and goal-setting while fostering a warm and inclusive environment.
• Ensure Safety and Well-being – Administer medications (MAP training available), provide transportation to appointments and activities, and uphold health and safety protocols.
• Lead and Collaborate – Supervise, train, and support staff while working closely with the Program Director to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay Organized – Manage staff schedules, track important resident information, and complete necessary documentation.
