Job summary

ServiceNet is seeking a compassionate Program Site Manager to oversee a residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. This is a chance to make a meaningful impact by guiding care and fostering growth for residents.

You will supervise and support staff, coordinate daily activities, and work with the Program Director to ensure high-quality care and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling.
• Physical ability to assist residents as needed.
• Bonus: MAP, PABC, or First Aid training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and empower residents by assisting with daily routines, activities, and goal-setting in a warm, inclusive environment.
• Ensure safety and well-being by administering medications (MAP training available), providing transportation, and upholding health and safety protocols.
• Lead and collaborate by supervising, training, and supporting staff while coordinating with the Program Director for smooth operations.
• Stay organized by managing staff schedules, maintaining resident information, and completing required documentation.
