Job summary

Nipro in Lewisberry, PA is seeking a second shift hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations onsite, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with FDA and quality standards.

You will manage a team of 10–12 employees, drive performance and continuous improvement, coordinate with maintenance, quality, and materials teams, and handle SAP/ERP transactions and production reporting; must be on-site and able to lift up to 50 lbs, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership experience (medical device preferred).
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of GMP/documentation practices.
• Packaging equipment experience preferred.
• On-site role in a manufacturing environment; forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physical setting; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production to meet targets.
