Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Nebraska facility, is seeking a fully onsite 2nd shift Production Supervisor. You will supervise production processes and personnel, ensure adherence to procedures, quality standards, maintenance and safety, and maintain schedules to support on-time customer delivery.

You will develop short-interval production plans, promote site initiatives, coach employees, verify data accuracy, and manage resources to maximize efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production activities at the assigned unit.
• Create short-interval production schedules.
• Promote site safety, lean initiatives, and training programs.
• Ensure SOPs and GMP compliance.
• Coach employees and resolve performance issues.
• Manage resources to ensure on-time production and delivery of orders.
• Verify production data accuracy and track hours worked.
• Support startup of new processes and continuous improvement.
