Responsibilities

• Oversee production line activities, ensure equipment functionality and quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs and report on shift quality and delivery objectives.
• Coordinate employee training and development to meet operational standards.
• Ensure GMP compliance and maintain 5S and continuous improvement practices.
• Identify and resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Support shift planning, scheduling, and handovers to maintain efficiency.
