Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services in Williamsport, PA is seeking a Production Lead to direct operators and support the Production Shift Supervisor in daily scheduling and output. You will work with QA, Materials, and Engineering to maintain throughput and product quality on a 12-hour Day shift (2-2-3) from 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM, onsite only.

Responsibilities include shift-change coordination with Excel, basic equipment maintenance, SAP/Kronos data handling, training new hires, and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years production experience with 2-year lead experience.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift activities and assist the Production Shift Supervisor.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, cleaning, and maintenance on molding/finishing equipment.
• Utilize SAP, Intouch and Kronos to schedule, track and document production.
