Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor to lead the night shift in Olyphant, PA. You will oversee production line activities, drive safety and quality, and coordinate staffing to meet daily targets.

You will coach team members, monitor KPIs, enforce GMP and 5S, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize throughput and reliability across the plant. The role requires strong communication across levels and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating training.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and 5S practices.
• Proficient with safety procedures and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a night-shift team, assigning tasks and tracking performance.
• Oversee production line activities, ensure equipment functionality and quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs and report shift-level quality and delivery targets.
• Facilitate training and development for team members to meet standards.
• Ensure continuous quality monitoring and corrective actions for deviations.
• Identify and resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Coach and develop the team to maintain high-performance culture.
• Contribute to shift-level planning and resource management.
• Coordinate shift handovers and schedules for efficiency.
• Ensure GMP compliance and 5S/CI methodology adherence.
