Job summary

Starting rates include Skilled Labor at $24.43 per hour with a sign-on bonus and Production starting rates at $20.78 per hour.

Increases occur every 3 months with a top out at 12 months. Benefits include 9% 401k, technical incentive, paid holidays and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read and write, follow written process instructions, and record critical process information

Responsibilities

• Plans and performs sequences of operations where the standard operational methods are available
• Makes general decisions as to setup sequences and correct responses when process monitoring indicates
• Prepares all gensets after testing
• Installs labels, door latches, silencers, etc
• Uses check sheets to audit gensets
• Checks paint appearances and ensures units are built to customers orders
• Requires painting of finished products and assists with packing of finished unit in cycle
• Exercises good housekeeping in work area
• Observes good safety practices in performance of job
