Job summary

Nidec is seeking passionate individuals to join our production staff in the United States. Starting rates include Skilled Labor at $24.43/hr with a sign-on bonus and Production starting at $20.78/hr, with increases every 3 months and a top out in 12 months.

Eligible positions are on the first, second, or third shifts in Lexington, TN. Benefits include Day 1 9%, 401k, a technical incentive, paid holidays and paid vacation. Equal opportunity employer with diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write, follow written process instructions, and record critical process information.

Responsibilities

• Plans and performs sequences of operations using standard methods.
• Decides setup sequences and responses when process monitoring indicates.
• Prepares gensets after testing.
